Job Description

We are hiring Health Information Management Clerk:

Comply with Client's confidentiality, security and privacy policy and procedures

Scanning of Paper records into clinical information system

Maintain downtime forms and assist in downtime file management and perform recovery registration Retrieves inactive records from the offsite storage on request Coordinate/provide release of information services to patients and patients' authorized representatives Assist in patient portal/family medicine enrollment Provides photocopies paper medical records/ prints copies of electronic medical records as directed. Demonstrating customer focus when interacting with internal or external customers Maintaining positive working relationships within the department/section and between various facility departments/sections Carry out e-Service data entry and coordination activities Performing other duties as assigned Professional Diploma in a related stream. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant stream is highly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Skills Requirements Strong Interpersonal skills Personal drive, commitment and being a self-starter. Prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines with high quality output. Organized and Multi-tasking skills Ability to work effectively with a variety of groups Customer Oriented

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
