JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide administrative assistance to the company's Chief Wellness Officer. · Provide administrative assistance to the company's HSEQ Team as and when required. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer in monitoring and supervising Health Monitoring Management System. · Arrange and maintain all Medical Reports records and filings. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer in preparing quarterly health progress report & statistics. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer and Safety Officers in orientation of newly hired employees. · Maintain the confidentiality of all employee health medical reports and health concerns. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer in developing health plan programs for all areas of operations. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer in planning and coordinating with employees regarding the ongoing health campaigns. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer in planning, organizing, coordinating and administering Health Activities for AlMansoori Employees. · Assist Chief Wellness Officer in developing publication health standards for application in AlMansoori operational areas. · Perform HSEQ Secretarial Job if required or during absence. · Assist HSEQ Advisors and Officers on implementation of HSE & Quality Management Systems. · Maintaining the HSEQ Management System to a level that fulfills the Policy and Objectives of AlMansoori and Clients requirements. · Carry out any other work as may be assigned by the Chief Wellness Officer, HSEQ Advisor, and HSEQ Officers from time to time, on a timely basis.
