As Health Club & Spa Receptionist, we rely on you to:
- Handle the daily operations in Spa, Health Club and related areas
- Greet members and guests, answering incoming calls and members\' enquires in a professional manner
- Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis
- Coordinate guests\' consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service
- Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests
- Organize and participate in sports & recreations events and activities
- Has a passion for wellness and holistic health
- Preferably has experience working in either a spa or a hotel background
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Has a can-do attitude
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Is able to work independently
- Enjoys working as part of a team
