Job Description
Body & Soul Healthclub & Spa We are looking for HealthClub Manager Key Responsibilities Experience-12 To15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within Hospitality preferably in the reputed Health club/Gym, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role handling multiple Health clubs/ Gym\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Ensure the smooth running & operations of the club on a daily basis.
- Training, and up skilling, sales Team to working within the sale process to achieve their individual targets.
- Provide an outstanding Customer Service through quality member interaction. Enforce all rules and regulations of the club
- Deliver Membership Net Gain Target, Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training & Group Exercise strategies
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
