Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Health & Safety Trainer

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a certified professional trainer capable of delivering accredited programs in First Aid, Fire Safety, Working at Heights, Rigging, Confined Space, Mental Health First Aid, and more.

This role demands a results-driven, confident instructor who is approved by relevant UAE authorities and governing bodies, and who can inspire learners across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accredited, engaging HSE training programs including but not limited to: First Aid (Basic & Advanced) Fire Safety & Fire Warden NEBOSH & IOSH certifications Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Rigging & Slinging PASMA (Mobile Access Towers) Mental Health First Aid Highfield and other globally certified HSE programs Customize and update training materials to align with UAE legal standards, international best practices, and internal SOPs. Conduct assessments and evaluations to verify competency and issue certifications accordingly. Maintain accurate training documentation, including attendance, assessments, feedback, and certificates. Assist with compliance audits and ensure all training meets governing body requirements. Keep current with evolving health & safety regulations and training methodologies. Serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador of safety culture internally and externally. Adapt instructional styles to meet learner needs and engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory):

NEBOSH IGC

(International General Certificate)

IOSH Managing Safely

PASMA Certified Instructor

Highfield Approved Trainer

Certified First Aid and Fire Safety Instructor

Preferred:

Mental Health First Aid Certification Confined Space Entry & Rescue Training Certification Rescue Operation experience

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum

5 years

of relevant experience as an HSE Trainer or in a safety leadership role. Must be

registered and approved by UAE governing bodies

to deliver certified training. Proven classroom and on-site practical instruction experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is an advantage). Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Professional, articulate, and presentable with a high level of integrity. Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in report writing and learner assessment. Passionate about safety and committed to delivering high-impact training.
