About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

with

Trakhees-regulated project experience

to join our construction teams in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards across our high-rise, villa, and infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities

Implement and oversee the project

HSE Management System (HSEMS)

. Conduct

site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

regularly. Lead

incident investigations

and implement preventive actions. Enforce

PPE usage

and company safety protocols. Maintain accurate

HSE documentation, reports, and risk assessments

. Conduct

induction and training sessions

for staff and workers. Develop

site-specific risk assessments and HSE plans

. Promote a

proactive safety culture

in coordination with project managers. Monitor

site hygiene, welfare facilities, and regulatory compliance

. Submit

monthly HSE performance reports

.

Qualifications & Certifications Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

NEBOSH IGC

.

Trakhees experience - mandatory(must have worked on Nakheel / Palm Jumeirah / JAFZA / PCFC or equivalent). IOSH Managing Safely. ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications. COSHH Risk Assessor training. Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) certification. Fire Safety & First Aid credentials.

Experience & Skills Required

Minimum

5+ years of UAE construction HSE experience

. Hands-on exposure to

high-rise or villa projects

. Strong knowledge of

UAE HSE regulatory frameworks

.

DDA approval

considered an advantage. Excellent

leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
