Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Health and Safety Officer
to join our consultancy team for a high-rise building project inRas Al Khaimah
. The ideal candidate must have prior experience inhigh-rise construction
and a solid background working withengineering/architectural consultants
.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records. Ensure all site activities adhere to relevant HSE regulations and best practices. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and authorities on safety matters. Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions as needed. Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent safety certification is mandatory. Minimum
5 years of experience
in the UAE in a similar role. Proven experience inhigh-rise construction
projects. Experience working withconsultancy firms
is required. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards. Must be available to work on-site inRas Al Khaimah
.Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and proactive safety mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site requirements.
