Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for crises.
Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, trainings, and safety incidents.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies during audits or site visits.
Advise management and staff on ways to minimize workplace risks.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and international safety standards.
Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
Ability to train and engage staff on safety awareness.
