Requirements:

The

HSE Officer

is responsible identifying the deficiencies in the design, construction and operation of production facilities, Warehouses that may cause injury to or adversely affect the health of company personnel and document such deficiencies and initiates corrective action. Ensure the Health & Safety system and Environmental Management System established and maintained by the employer. The people in this position also responsible for ensuring corrective actions are taken against the Health, Safety & Environmental issues related to the company.

Safety Inspections: Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Risk Assessments: Perform and review risk assessments for various activities, particularly those involving confined spaces, ensuring safe work practices. Confined Space Safety: Oversee safety protocols related to confined space work, ensuring proper entry, exit, and emergency procedures are in place and followed. Safety Training: Conduct safety induction and ongoing training programs for staff to ensure awareness of safety hazards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with local UAE regulations and international standards, including NEBOSH, IOSH, and any other relevant guidelines. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, ensuring quick response to accidents or hazards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update safety records, incident reports, safety logs, and related documentation, and report to senior management as required. Monitor PPE Usage: Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site. Collaboration: Work closely with site management, contractors, and workers to promote a safety-conscious culture across the project.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
