to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of HSE policies and procedures, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and main contractor requirements, and promote a strong safety culture across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend preventive measures.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to supervisors and laborers.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and the main contractor to ensure safety standards are maintained.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incidents, and inspections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (NEBOSH/IOSH certification is a must).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Health & Safety within the construction industry .
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and enforce safety standards effectively.
