Health and Safety Course Instructor

to join our dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative health and safety training sessions for individuals and corporate clients. Develop and update course materials to ensure they are relevant, up-to-date, and in line with industry regulations and standards. Ensure the training experience is interactive, practical, and aligned with the specific needs of students. Assess the progress of students, providing feedback to help them succeed. Maintain a safe, professional, and productive learning environment. Stay informed about the latest industry developments, regulations, and best practices in health and safety. Offer additional support to students outside of class hours as needed, ensuring they understand key concepts and practices. Track student participation, attendance, and performance to ensure successful course completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Health and Safety Instructor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, including industry standards and best practices. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred. Experience in teaching or delivering training, especially in health and safety, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in an accessible way. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple classes and students. Passion for creating a safer, healthier work environment for individuals and teams.
