Job Title: Headquarters Safety Coordinator (Office-Based)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Local hire - Freelance / Independent Contractor (Qatar-based)
Working Schedule
5 days per week
(Sunday to Thursday) Office-based roleSalary
QAR 7,500 per month
(all-inclusive)Job Purpose
To provide office-based HSE coordination support by managing safety meetings, incident reporting, and subcontractor safety issues in line with Qatar Energy HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate HSE meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track action closure. Manage incident and near-miss reporting, documentation, and corrective action follow-up. Act as focal point for subcontractor safety issues and non-conformance tracking. Maintain HSE records, reports, and dashboards. Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors on safety matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, or related discipline. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (preferred). Minimum
5 years
HSE experience, including subcontractor coordination.Eligibility
Must be
locally available in Qatar
. Must hold avalid freelance / independent contractor visa
allowing legal work in Qatar.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
