Job Title: BIM Coordinator (Site-Based)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with an architectural background to be based on site. The role involves managing BIM workflows, coordinating between teams, ensuring model integrity, and supporting accurate and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between PERKEL's office and the main contractor.

Organize project data, models, and documentation systematically.

Ensure the team is working on the latest project data and maintain updates in the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Record variations, meeting actions, and agreements, and follow up on deliverables against project timelines.

Coordinate with technical teams on RFIs and project submissions.

Review and audit BIM models and submissions (2D & 3D) to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with BIM standards.

Conduct model coordination, clash detection, and prepare clash reports to support issue resolution.

Manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and project set-up, including preparation of MIDP.

Support daily coordination efforts with internal teams and report progress to the BIM Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.

Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably in site-based projects.

Strong understanding of BIM platforms, coordination processes, and relevant standards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams under strict timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
