Oversee daily operations and service quality across all clinic locations.
Team Building:
Lead hiring for all clinical roles, including Aesthetic Doctors and Nurses.
Compliance:
Ensure the clinics meet all DHA (Dubai) and DOH (Abu Dhabi) requirements.
Cost Control:
Manage the clinic budget and implement cost-saving measures.
Patient Experience:
Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing an aesthetic or medical clinic in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of DHA and DOH regulations and licensing.
Experience in hiring clinical staff and managing clinic finances.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, pleasing personality.
Willingness to travel regularly to Abu Dhabi.
Experience in the wellness industry is a plus.
