The Role
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Head Waitress to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the standard-bearer for service excellence, leading by example to ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining journey. You will be responsible for overseeing the floor service, mentoring the serving team, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, five-star service.
• Guest Experience: Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and proactively ensure all guest needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded.
• Service Coordination: Oversee the flow of service on the floor, coordinating seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and flawless execution.
• Standards & Training: Uphold and enforce all service standards, including presentation, grooming, and side duties. Assist in training new team members.
• Operational Excellence: Manage table turnover, handle guest inquiries and feedback with grace, and step in to support your team during peak periods.
• Expert Knowledge: Maintain an extensive knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to provide expert recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Waitress, Senior Waitress, or similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant or upmarket nightlife concept.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, polished demeanor.
• Fluent in English is essential; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French are a significant advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
• A calm, composed, and solution-oriented approach under pressure.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
