What You Will Do:

• Supervise and support the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Train and mentor waitstaff to uphold high service standards.
• Greet and assist guests, handle special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Monitor and enforce hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
• Promote upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards and company policies.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a senior service role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage service techniques.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach.
