Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

Greet guests warmly and ensure an outstanding dining experience from arrival to departure.
Provide personalized recommendations for menu items, including specialty Chinese dishes, premium teas, and wine pairings.
Oversee tableside service, ensuring attention to detail and proper presentation of dishes.
Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Supervise and support waitstaff to deliver top-tier service.
Train, mentor, and develop service staff in proper dining etiquette, knowledge of Chinese cuisine, and customer interaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Delegate tasks efficiently and monitor staff performance throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure proper table setup, including placement of fine china, cutlery, glassware, and linen according to restaurant standards.
Assist in inventory management for service supplies and liaise with the Restaurant Manager regarding stock levels.
Monitor and maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform for all staff.
