Head Waiter
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
Train and mentor new and existing waitstaff.
Manage daily shift schedules and staff assignments.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for order accuracy.
Monitor dining area cleanliness and presentation.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Promote and upsell menu items to increase revenue.
Report to restaurant management on service operations and staff performance.
