Job Description
As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for supervising the service team and ensuring a smooth, high-quality dining experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and supervising waiters and waitresses
Ensuring excellent guest service and satisfactionCoordinating with the kitchen for timely and accurate service
Managing reservations, seating, and dining flowMaintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
Handling guest feedback and resolving any service issues professionallyAssisting in training new staff and improving service standardsStrong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential.
