Key Responsibilities
Lead student support, welfare, counseling, and grievance management services.
Coordinate admissions-related support, campus interviews, orientation, and onboarding activities.
Manage internships, career development, placements, and employer partnerships.
Organize placement training, career readiness programs, and industry engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute student engagement activities, events, workshops, and awareness programs.
Ensure compliance with student-related documentation, records, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with academic, admissions, HR, and administrative teams on student matters.
Prepare reports on student engagement, internships, placements, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in student services, student affairs, or higher education administration.
Proven experience in student counseling, internships, placements, and engagement programs.
