As a Head Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for supervising daily spa operations, training therapists, and delivering treatments to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor the spa therapy team to maintain five-star service standards.
• Perform and oversee spa treatments, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall spa experience.
• Collaborate with the Spa Supervisor/Manager to implement new treatments and promotions.
• Ensure all spa areas, equipment, and products are well-maintained and stocked.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, Head Spa Therapist, or similar leadership role in luxury resorts, hotels, or wellness centers.

• Professional certifications in massage, facials, and spa therapies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
