Primary Purpose of the Job:
Manage the forecasting, identification, allocation and provision of manpower resources (Direct Hire and Call-off), as well as Managing Call-off Manpower contracts, Human Resources related support, Translation, supervision of office facilities to Projects, Engineering & Procurement Services Directorate to meet the objectives and business plans/ strategies.
Required Experience and Skills:
10-12 years of work experience is essential, with at least 5-7 years experience preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Solid leadership, organizational and analytical skills are essential. Ability to multi-task; excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Excellent leadership, negotiation skills and presentation skills are required.
Must be computer literate and fully conversant with the use of related planning software particularly primavera and knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
Educational Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline/ business administration or equivalent is essential.
