Masdar is the UAE's clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. To lead outreach and stakeholder relations for the Zayed Sustainability Prize by designing and
implementing processes, protocols, and engagement activities aligned with international best
practices, ensuring a distinct, consistent, and high-quality experience for the Prize's stakeholders.
This includes managing all protocol plans for high-level delegations and strategic engagements.
Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of the outreach and stakeholder relations strategy and annual objectives, ensuring alignment with the Prize's vision, mission, and purpose. Ensure the strategy fully incorporates the Prize's ongoing participation and support for international events.
• Develop and oversee KPIs for Outreach &Stakeholder Relations, ensuring regular performance monitoring and reporting, and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient execution of tasks in line with established policies and procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training and continuous feedback to support the professional development of team members.
• Develop and implement a structured plan to support the growth and development of UAE Nationals within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for the Prize, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and satisfaction both locally and internationally.
• Oversee the management and reporting of stakeholder data through CRM systems, ensuring accurate records are maintained and leveraged to optimize stakeholder relations and initiatives.
• Lead the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs, coordinating the implementation of relevant plans and ensuring effective collaboration between divisions and stakeholders.
• Provide overall leadership for all stakeholder engagement and protocol activities to ensure the successful delivery of the Zayed Sustainability Prize's key events and initiatives in line with its strategy and standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures for managing delegations and VVIPs to ensure a consistent and high-quality Prize brand experience, while meeting all stakeholder hospitality requirements.
• Lead the planning and delivery of protocol arrangements for all Prize-related events and stakeholder engagements.
• Oversee all invitation management processes for the Prize's high-profile events, including those taking place during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW).
• Provide overall leadership and guidance for registration planning and execution to ensure timely and effective delivery in line with the Prize's strategy and objectives.
• Oversee and manage the team responsible for all registration activities related to the Prize, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead the development, strategy, and execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Prize's goals and vision, and identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Provide comprehensive oversight and management for the team in the planning, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships, ensuring the successful delivery of partnership objectives and measurable impact.
• Lead the continuous improvement and implementation of policies and procedures covering all areas of corporate relations & protocol, stakeholder relations and operations/logistics, so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements and standards are fulfilled while delivering quality

services to all stakeholders. * Develop, recommend and monitor the budget related to all areas under own responsibility suggesting corrective actions if necessary.

• Recommend the annual budget in line with business plans and overall strategies.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline
• MBA is an asset

Preferred Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in outreach and stakeholder relations in a large and reputable organization in the UAE, gaining exposure to the effective management of key stakeholder relations in the public and private sectors

Job-Specific Skills:

• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
• Strong understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building a project delivery culture and strong project management skills
• Knowledge of latest sustainability trends
• Strong knowledge of budget management
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent computer literacy, with strong background in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent ability to plan and organize work and prioritize projects
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
