ROLE PURPOSE



Oversee workshop operations on a regional level, managing workshop branches and teams while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This critical role involves addressing day-to-day operational issues, enabling Regional and Branch Managers to focus on broader business objectives. By effectively managing the operations of workshop branches and regions, you will contribute to the smooth functioning and overall success of the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE



Leadership & Management:



Lead, mentor, and support a team of Regional Workshop Managers to drive operational excellence in all workshops across the country. Set clear performance goals and KPIs for Regional Workshop Managers, aligning them with the overall business objectives and ensuring timely achievement of targets. Establish and maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture across all workshops, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Operational Excellence:



Oversee the daily operations of all regional workshops, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality standards for services and maintenance. Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction across all workshops. Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Budget & Financial Management:



Manage the overall workshop budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting quality and service delivery standards. Approve and monitor expenditure within allocated budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization and resource allocation. Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas requiring attention.

Strategic Planning & Development:



Collaborate with senior management to define the strategic direction for workshops within the country, supporting business growth and operational scalability. Drive the implementation of new technologies, tools, or systems to improve workshop operations, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize key projects to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the workshop network.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:



Ensure that workshops consistently meet or exceed customer expectations regarding service quality, responsiveness, and timely delivery. Act as a key point of contact for important stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, customers, internal departments), ensuring clear communication and the resolution of any issues or escalations. Foster strong relationships with key clients and ensure their needs are met through efficient workshop operations.

Health, Safety & Compliance:



Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety guidelines in all workshop activities. Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure that the workshops maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.

Report Submission & Analysis:



Prepare and submit detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly service reports to senior management. Monitor KPIs and service performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Ensure accurate, timely documentation of all service operations, incidents, and corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automobile Engineering

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE



Minimum 15 years of experience in motorcycle workshop operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or multi-site management role in the UAE or GCC.

SKILLS/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE



Extensive Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service, and general repairs Strong understanding of two-wheeler servicing processes, diagnostics, and workshop technologies. Hands on Workshop experience and managing motorcycle workshop will be an added advantage. In-depth knowledge of UAE market practices, customer behaviour, and regulatory standards. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong analytical, communication, and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role. Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft applications Ability to handle customers on their objections and SLAs. Strong people management skills with a focus on team development and reducing departmental attrition rates. Quality and productivity focussed

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
