Overview

Design and execute visual display strategies aligned with commercial campaigns and branding.
Coordinate the implementation of window displays, displays, and ambiances at points of sale.
Analyze consumer behavior and propose visual improvements that drive conversion.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure aesthetic and functional consistency.
Oversee visual standards in stores and train the team in best display practices.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a background in graphic design, interior design, marketing, architecture, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector.
Management of work teams, negotiations with suppliers, and internal clients.
Mastery of design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or others).
Creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail.
