JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Utilize the Units' resources (human, financial, technology, assets) and manage them efficiently and effectively to achieve the section's objectives
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of the Units' operations, conduct comprehensive analyzes of unit performance and implement the necessary improvements.
- Contribute to the implementation of the operational plans, prepare the annual estimated budgets of the unit, and follow up on the plan implementation
- Implement the unit project plan and review the completion reports to ensure the achievement of the desired objectives
- Contribute to the implementation of benchmarking and specialized practices in the unit and determine the priorities of the application
