Job Title : Head of Unit - Decoration
Experience: 8-12 years
Job Purpose :
Contribute to achieving the Section's objectives by supervising all the daily operational processes within the Unit. Provide improvement and development proposals aligned with the best practices and the evolving job requirements. Additionally, effectively review and evaluate employee performance, ensuring compliance with the internal policies, procedures, and standards of Company as well as Guidelines related to laws and regulations in the UAE.
Education :Bachelor's degree from an academic institution recognized in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Responsibilities :

• Utilize the Units' resources (human, financial, technology, asset.) and manage them efficiently and effectively to achieve the Department's objectives.
• Contribute to the identification and evaluation of the Units' operations, conduct comprehensive analysis of unit performance and implement the necessary improvements.
• Provide support to the head of the Department during the process of preparing the general strategy, implementation strategies and subsequent initiatives as required by the work need.
• Contribute to the preparation of systems and manuals of operations and development plans for the scope of work of the unit and follow up their implementation.
• Contribute to the preparation of systems and operational procedures related to the work of the unit and make recommendations and proposals thereon when reviewed with the head of the Department.
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulations in the company. . Implementation of corrective actions and recommendations contained in audit reports and periodic follow-up reports related to the activities of the unit.
• Work together with all organizational units of the company; To ensure smooth operation. . Work with employees to ensure compliance with the company laws, procedures and controls regarding health, safety and environmental policies.
