HEAD OF TRAINING
Dubai

Salary: AED 250,000 per annum + Bonusses

An exciting opportunity as HEAD OF TRAINING to play a key role in maintaining a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, curating, delivering and implementing effective training programs for an established ESTATE AGENCY GROUP based in Dubai.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious HEAD OF TRAINING with a strong blend of creativity, strategic and critical thinking to curate, deliver and implement a blend of traditional and innovative training programs suited to the industry and brand values.
As HEAD OF TRAINING, you will play a key role in contributing towards increased productivity, engagement, and minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities as the Head of Training:

  • Identify the training needs of the sales workforce primarily through effective collaboration with the Department Heads, HR and the sales crew thereby creating individual and tailored training plans in line with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s mission.
  • Understand the target audience within the company and create training curriculums understanding the differences and using varied methods for delivery including classroom, e-learning, on the job etc.
  • Curate tailored training programs for the fresh agents in addition to the experienced agents brought in house ensuring they are well acquainted with the industry, in practice rules and regulations of the country and aligning the crew to the brand standards and practices.
  • Plan and manage various training programs collaborating with the department heads and HR, ensuring the training strategy and programs are in line with the best practices of both the brand and the industry.
  • Work with key stakeholders of each department and the HR in guiding the employees towards career progression, coaching, and mentoring them in line with the career path crafted for the employees/agents.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and progress of training programs implemented through interactive sessions, assessments, feedback sessions, KPIs etc and make necessary adjustments to training content
  • Develop and manage training budgets ensuring the implemented training solutions are effective and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Work in collaboration with the key stakeholders and bring in training solutions and technology solutions not just enhancing the entire experience but also creating a learning environment conducive to each employee.
  • Maintain accurate records of every training program implemented, and statuses along with reports to the management to understand the ROI and effectiveness of the programs.
  • Apart from the key stakeholders within the company, engage in effective partnerships with external service providers as required, as a measure of constant improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the market trends, industry practices bringing in the best practices inhouse in alignment with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
  • Work with the HR to facilitate effective management of performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Key Requirements:
  • This role demands a broad spectrum of skills encompassing critical and strategic thinking, with an innate ability to understand people and their needs.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry bringing in the expertise of training and upskilling a mix of fresh and experienced sales professionals.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple tasks, delivering results within tight deadlines, and handling budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead training programs, sales agents and play a key role as a contributor towards performance.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs.
  • An exceptional team player with a penchant for open communication in a collaborative environment.
