Looking for a Head of Support to provide assistance with document management. Please note, that this position will only involve administrative work and requires onsite presence in the office. Upon registering their phone number, users gain complimentary access to our platform, complete with property listings and analytical tools. The dedicated support team assists users in property selection and transaction facilitation. Post-transaction, real estate developers pay commission of approximately 5%, generating a significant revenue stream for the company. Your main responsibilities will be: \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize uninterrupted operation of the customer support service for a multilingual platform with a focus on the English-speaking users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of the support department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prompt resolution of incoming customer inquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communications with internal departments to resolve customer incidents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of service contracts in collaboration with the legal department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring changes in conditions and signing necessary documents.
