We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Strategy to lead the strategic direction of the entire holding group. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of proven experience in strategic leadership roles across diverse industries. Position Overview: As the Head of Strategy for Anax Holding Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall corporate strategy. This leadership position requires a seasoned strategist with a comprehensive understanding of various business domains within the holding group. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and drive the overarching corporate strategy for Anax Holding Group, aligning with the company\'s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with subsidiary business leaders to ensure cohesive and integrated strategic planning across all sectors.
- Business Expansion:
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to enhance the group\'s market presence and profitability.
- Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and diversification of the holding group.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of each subsidiary business.
- Implement mechanisms for regular performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analyses to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Leverage market insights to formulate proactive and adaptive strategies that position the holding group for sustained success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration and communication across subsidiary businesses to promote synergy and cross-functional innovation.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of business plans.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in strategic leadership roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful corporate strategies in diverse industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in conglomerate or holding group environments is highly desirable.
