Strategic Planning:
Develop and drive the overarching corporate strategy for Anax Holding Group, aligning with the company\'s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
Collaborate with subsidiary business leaders to ensure cohesive and integrated strategic planning across all sectors.
Business Expansion:
Identify and assess potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to enhance the group\'s market presence and profitability.
Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and diversification of the holding group.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of each subsidiary business.
