Build and maintain high-level relationships with developers, investors, institutional partners, and key stakeholders.
Structure long-term strategic alliances aligned with business growth objectives.
Represent the company in high-level meetings, forums, and negotiations.
Internal & External Enablement
Open doors internally by aligning leadership, sales, marketing, and operations around expansion goals.
Open doors externally by leveraging networks to accelerate market access and deal flow.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and expansion strategy.
Leadership & Reporting
Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership on long-term growth planning.
Track expansion performance, deal pipelines, and strategic outcomes.
Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Board and leadership team.
Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in business expansion, partnerships, or corporate development. Real estate, investments, or adjacent industries experience preferred.
Proven track record in geographic expansion and strategic deal execution.
