Job Responsibilities:
Supervising the implementation of plans and achieving the approved strategic objectives of the department. Directing the preparation of the department's budget, overseeing its allocation, and controlling its expenditures to ensure efficient use. Reviewing the department's periodic performance reports and providing necessary recommendations and guidance to improve results. Monitoring key performance indicators related to the department's operations and its staff, and proposing improvements that support the ministry's strategic goals. Identifying the department's needs for human resources and ensuring the availability of the required competencies to achieve objectives and plans. Providing continuous professional support through effective performance evaluation and constructive feedback. Promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design thinking, and working to improve processes and services within the department. Institutional Responsibilities Managing the department's operations and monitoring their implementation in accordance with the approved governance framework, policies, and procedures. Ensuring the department's compliance with the risk department's guidelines and the institutional excellence requirements adopted by the ministry. Preparing the required periodic reports internally and externally, and ensuring their accuracy and alignment with the concerned parties. Leading the implementation of change management initiatives within the department.
