Head Of Spare Parts (automotive)
Job Description
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years' experience in leading the Automotive Spare Parts Department of a Multi-brand Dealership of all types of spare parts including Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipments. Demonstrates excellent organization and leadership skills. Experience in efficiently managing the overall functions of the spare parts department operations, inventory level, spare parts ordering, etc. Should have experience of dealer/manufacturers' representatives interaction on ordering, pricing, marketing support and business development, and all relevant aspects. Experience in leading the spare parts staff of all levels to ensure targets are achieved while ensuring customer satisfaction level. Experience working in Oman or the Gulf is a must (Based in Muscat will be an advantage). Must hold a degree in Engineering/Marketing/Management. An MBA is preferred. Would prefer candidates below 45 years of age.
