Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high performing sales team
- Managing Key Accounts and devising strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio
- Achieving revenue targets for events and wider product offerings, with a real focus on digital and sponsorship
- Setting and managing delivery against targets for the sales teams
- Creating and implementing sales plans for the portfolio
- Identify development areas and new business opportunities for the portfolio
- Support and promote sales excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training and sales system usage
- Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management and reports for the portfolio
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, finance, pricing, Brand leadership) to ensure successful delivery
- Overseeing revenue collection via credit control teams, and managing debt forecasts
- Contributing to the strategy of the portfolio

- Proven track record of sales and management within a B2B environment
- Experience of Value Based Selling
- Success in achieving high-level targets for a large-scale event and/or online business
- Experience of people management, building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering growth
- Market knowledge of the travel industry preferable but not necessary
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels essential
- Passion for results and target driven
- Experience of working in a highly competitive, dynamic marketplace
- Strong knowledge and usage of Sales systems (Salesforce)
