Role details:
  • Title / Designation: Head of Sales - Banktech
  • Role Level: Director
  • Reporting Manager: CEO
  • Location: Dubai - WFH
Role & responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass annual sales goals in designated territories and accounts.
  • Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer expansion.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay update on industry trends and market landscapes, informing sales strategies.
  • Provide insightful reports on factors influencing account direction and budgets.
Candidate requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven track record in sales leadership, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Previous experience in sales management or sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Proficiency in driving the sales cycle from planning to successful closure.
  • Strong articulation of product/service differentiators and positioning against competitors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing client-centric, innovative solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
