With a presence in over 40 countries and 9,000 employees, this organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of transformation across the business.

The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

One of the critical new positions in the HR team is the Head of Reward, reporting to the Regional People Director.

The Head of Reward will be responsible for development and delivery of competitive compensation & benefits policies and programs which build employer brand and are developed to optimize employee satisfaction and competitive edge.

This newly appointed individual will build the long-term C&B strategy and programs that are aimed towards attracting & retaining high performing and high potential employees.

Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing programs and policies
  • Delivering high quality compensation and benefits surveys
  • Conducting in depth analysis of market trends
  • Supporting improvement towards employer of choice by ensuring communication and high engagement towards the Company\xe2\x80\x99s compensation & benefits programs
  • Coach and mentor your direct report and other HR team members as appropriate to enhance performance and capability
The Criteria

The ideal profile for this fantastic opportunity will ideally have led the Reward function and/or developed compensation & benefits strategy for a large, complex organisation.

You will have had exposure to progressive reward practices and a demonstrable track record of implementation of those in a dynamic, complex, and agile environment.

Preferable, candidates will have experience implementing a Reward strategy across the MENA region.
