Job Description

Our client is looking for a Head of Revenue & Strategy to join. You will be responsible for managing the sales, Renewals, and Concierge team, developing lead channels, scoping new areas of business, developing strategic partners, developing sales strategy in partnering with the GM, and delivery of individual and team targets. Responsibilities:

  • Gross Profit
  • Tracking Team GP and ensuring the teams are meeting monthly / quarterly GP targets.
  • Tracking GP by Product - Understanding trends and implementing solutions to boost the products as required.
  • Ensuring each team member is achieving conversion rates.
  • Set goals for Business development, Concierge & renewal division on performance and growth.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics.
  • Analyzing reports and giving data & feedback to GM.
  • Develop business strategy and plans with the GM
  • Implement and review policies, procedures, and processes in the Business development, concierge & renewal division in line with established strategies
  • Set goals for Business development, Concierge & renewal division on performance and growth
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics
  • Present weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to the GM
  • Lead sales, concierge, and renewal team/employees to encourage discretionary effort
  • Responsible for driving the team to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals, and objectives
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand with the approval of GM/ the Board
  • Maintain sales, concierge, and renewal staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with the Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream
  • A Master's Degree is desirable
  • 10-12 year's demonstrably successful experience in sales with 2-3 years experience in company formation and business set-up in the same role
  • Achieving targets (set realistically but to stretch abilities)
  • Working to set standards of performance
  • Personal standards (commitment, attitude, appearance, contribution, Excellent Client interface at all times and all costs)
  • Producing ideas (for the customer and the department)
  • Proficient in English
  • Arabic would be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
