WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
As a Head of Retail for UAE, you will supervise the local commercial strategy (client experience, retail operations & performance, training, etc.), oversee its implementation and fulfillment of the objectives for existing and new retail projects, and ensure that financial objectives are achieved.
You will support the development of the local market (both physical & e-commerce), contribute to the sales forecast by boutique, define CRM strategies and calendar implementation, coordinate the development of the retail network, supervise store planning and maintenance activities, and implement training strategy. You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
