How you spend your time:
- You’ll work on a variety of operational, strategic and project-based tasks encompassing the entire employee lifecycle
- As Head of HR UAE, you will consult and support managers and act as a trusted go-to person for your colleagues
- You will become an active member of our global HR community
- You will drive HR operations as well as support our Managing Director MEA, particularly in all local legal related inquiries
- Championing our Datwyler IT Infra culture by being a change agent, employee experience advocate and strategic partner for the business
What you bring to the position:
- You have gained solid experience in the field of HR and have a passion for HR systems & digitization as well as Learning and Development
- UAE labor laws are not new to you
- You are creative and enjoy putting ideas into action
- You have a positive can do attitude and enjoy spending time with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- You will work in an international, agile and open-minded team reporting into the MD MEA and a dotted line to the Global Head of HR
- You will have a direct impact, short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies
- Your office location will be Dubai however you can regularly work from home/mobile
