Head of Regulatory Compliance - Legal Compliance*

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 20,000 - 30,000 (flexible up to AED 40,000)

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Regulatory Compliance to lead and oversee our compliance and governance framework in line with UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the compliance function and ensure full alignment with UAE regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks and compliance best practices.
Advise senior management on regulatory changes and their business implications.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
Drive a culture of compliance across the organization.
Requirements

Minimum 15 years of regulatory compliance experience in the UAE, ideally within the financial services sector*.

In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, governance frameworks, and compliance practices*.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business operations.
Must be based in UAEor willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15.00 - AED30.00 per month
