We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Real Estate Department to lead our real estate initiatives in the retail and wholesale sector. This pivotal role involves overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of properties to support our business growth and expansion strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, government entities, and local communities. You will play a crucial role in aligning our real estate strategies with the overall business objectives, ensuring that our property portfolio is optimized for performance and profitability.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

• Manage the acquisition process for new properties, including market analysis, negotiations, and due diligence.
• Oversee property development projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and local government officials.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on real estate performance and investment opportunities to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and zoning requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage the property portfolio, including leasing strategies, tenant relations, and maintenance oversight.
• Evaluate and recommend property improvements to enhance value and maximize return on investment.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in real estate management, preferably in the retail or wholesale sector.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with property management software and real estate analytics tools.
• A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
