Inspire Selection is exclusively recruiting for a Head of Properties, a key leadership position which combines expertise in commercial leasing, shopping mall operations (including facilities management), and a touch of residential management. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in optimizing the performance of shopping mall properties and overseeing residential components.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for shopping mall leasing and property management, aligning with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and stay abreast of market trends in both commercial and residential sectors.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of leasing and property management professionals.

Leasing Operations:

• Spearhead the leasing process for retail spaces within the shopping malls.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract a diverse mix of commercial tenants.
• Oversee the management of all units within the residential property division

Property Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shopping malls, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for tenants and visitors.
• Work closely with the Mall Managers and Leasing Managers to ensure growth strategy is being followed by attracting quality tenants.
• Oversee residential property renovation - liaising with the FM team, plan ahead on all maintenance, ensuring the properties are kept in good condition.

Financial Management

• Alongside the CFO, develop and manage budgets for shopping malls and residential properties
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability in both commercial and residential segments, comparing rents with competitor\'s pricing

Client Relations:

• Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with shop owners & commercial tenants.
• Act as the decision maker on important client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in shopping mall leasing and property management at a senior level, with a focus on both commercial and residential components.
• Thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations, leasing and industry best practices.
• Proficient in property management software and relevant technologies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• An assertive but diplomatic approach
