Prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensure a fair and honest deal.
Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
Create new business prospects across a range of geographies using prospecting and research to generate leads and hit the sales target
Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Requirements:
Minimum 5- 10 years UAE Secondary Market Real Estate experience required
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Experience working with targets and deadlines.
