  • Prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensure a fair and honest deal.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
  • Create new business prospects across a range of geographies using prospecting and research to generate leads and hit the sales target
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5- 10 years UAE Secondary Market Real Estate experience required
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Experience working with targets and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Sales (Secondary Market): 5 years (Required)
