Due to our fast growth and the launch of new projects, we are looking for a

Head of Project

to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the execution of large-scale development projects, primarily high-rise and super high-rise buildings in Dubai Coordinate all project phases from design to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Lead communication between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the project management team Collaborate closely with executive management on planning and implementation

Requirements:

Proven experience managing

super high-rise building projects in Dubai

Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards

Preferably with an existing project team
