Responsibilities:
Strategic vs. Operational Focus:

The Head of Product Development & Innovation will focus on high-level product strategy, market alignment, and innovation. This includes driving product concepts based on competitive research, client feedback, and long-term goals.

Innovation & Market Fit vs. Design & Aesthetics:

The Head of Product Development & Innovation will emphasize market fit, innovation, and manufacturability to ensure new products are viable for production and meet market demands.

Industrialization & Scalability vs. Custom Project Delivery:

The Head of Product Development & Innovation will lead scalability efforts and manufacturing considerations, working closely with industrialization teams to prepare products for broader production.

Required profile
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 15 years in furniture design and product development, ideally in a large European or British furniture manufacturing company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Product Development Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product development, including familiarity with materials, production processes, and sustainability practices.

Position is to be based in Dubai.
