The role

The

Head of Product Delivery

will be the lynchpin connecting product vision, engineering execution, and business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring our product roadmap is executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of agile development and FinTech regulatory environments.

What you'll do

Own delivery at scale:

Standardise and continuously improve ways of working (Scrum/Kanban) across squads for predictability and quality.

Translate roadmap to reality:

Break strategy into clear quarterly/monthly/weekly plans; manage critical paths, dependencies, and risks across engineering, compliance, legal, and ops.

Integrations & go-lives:

Drive all core integrations end-to-end as they're crucial to overall product delivery (KYC/AML checks, funding/withdrawals, wallets, trading flows, risk/limits, internal tooling).

Quality & readiness:

Enforce rigorous QA standards; ensure releases are secure, stable, and compliant with relevant financial regulations; coordinate go-to-market readiness and post-launch support.

Visibility & decisiveness:

Establish lightweight delivery metrics and reporting so executives have real-time clarity on status, velocity, and launch confidence.

Build the team:

Lead ~3 engineers from day one, set performance expectations, coach for growth, and hire to expand a multidisciplinary product/delivery function.

You'll bring

Background:

7-10+ years in product management, technical programme management, or senior delivery leadership, including 3-5+ years leading teams. Experience in FinTech/neobanking or similarly regulated financial services is essential.

Delivery mastery:

Deep, practical Agile expertise and a track record of improving engineering velocity, predictability, and release quality in growing organisations.

Regulatory comfort:

Hands-on exposure to KYC/AML and launching compliant consumer products; you speak the language of audits, sign-offs, and controls.

Technical fluency:

Solid grasp of modern SDLCs, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments to make pragmatic delivery decisions with engineering.

Leadership:

Clear performance management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills; you set crisp goals and hold teams to them.

Nice to have:

PMP/CSM/SAFe, shipped mobile & web at scale, experience with PCI-adjacent controls. Tools we use: Jira, GitHub, Figma.

Cross-functional with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations.

Method:

Keep current frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and improve them pragmatically; delivery-process-led rather than purely technical.
