Responsibilities
Development and implementation of a PPC strategy to achieve maximum results in ROI and CPL
Setting up and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
Integrating PPC systems with CRM to track lead effectiveness and optimize the sales funnel
Building analytical reports, monitoring key performance indicators (CPC, CTR, CPA), and regularly optimizing campaigns
Collaborating with sales and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals
Leading a team of PPC specialists, providing training and professional development
Implementing advanced technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
Requirements
Experience in senior positions in PPC management of at least 5 years, preferably with experience in real estate
Deep knowledge of contextual advertising, analytics, and managing large advertising budgets
Experience integrating PPC with CRM and analytical systems (Google Analytics, CRM systems)
Excellent project and team management skills
Ability to develop strategies and implement process automation in PPC
High level of analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data
