We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Head of Post Production

to join our team at

INNOVEX AGENCY

. This role combines creative leadership, technical expertise, and client collaboration. You will lead and mentor a team of editors, colorists, and motion designers, overseeing the entire post-production process to deliver high-quality, impactful video content.

The ideal candidate is not only a skilled post-production specialist but also has strong storytelling abilities, expertise in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, and the capability to work with AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire post-production team, including video editors, colorists, and motion graphics artists. Oversee all aspects of post-production, from editing and color correction to sound design, VFX, and final delivery. Collaborate closely with the Creative Head, Production Team, and Clients to ensure projects align with creative vision and client requirements. Review and approve edits, ensuring consistency, storytelling quality, and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Implement efficient workflows, tools, and software to streamline the editing and post-production process. Stay updated with the latest post-production technologies, AI tools, and industry trends. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Train, mentor, and motivate the post-production team to achieve excellence.
