Maximizes portfolio efficiency - Spends, ENR across segments
Analyses and presents portfolio trends identifying intervention opportunities.
Works with Acquiring & Digital to drive proposition at POS & communicate relevant offers using AI based tools
Establishes leadership in eCommerce & Contactless payments - being the future. Develops usage across segments and merchants with appropriate schemes
Ensures high activation
Manages retention using predictive tools & retention schemes
Manages Loyalty Platform Cards CX - cost, engagement, CVP
Analyses portfolio in depth & initiates appropriate interventions
