About the Opportunity

We are launching a new, well-funded pop-up retail business in Dubai, operating across shopping malls, theme parks, events and high-footfall tourist locations, in strategic partnership with Rayna Tours, one of Dubai's leading tourism and experiences companies.

This role is for a senior operator, not a shop manager.

We are looking for someone who has already built, operated and scaled kiosk or pop-up retail operations in Dubai and wants to lead, grow and profit from a new retail platform.

Who This Role Is For

This role is ONLY for candidates with direct experience running pop-up kiosks or mall carts in Dubai.

You should already have experience with:

Mall kiosks / carts Pop-up retail operations Event & festival retail Temporary retail activations High-volume tourist retail
If you have only worked in traditional retail stores, this role is not suitable.

Your Mission

You will build and operate the entire pop-up retail business from the ground up, including:

Selecting and validating high-profit products Securing prime kiosk & pop-up locations Recruiting, training and managing sales teams Designing sales & commission structures Managing inventory, suppliers and logistics Driving daily sales performance Scaling from 1 location ? multiple kiosks ? citywide operation
This is a business-builder role, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Build the full kiosk & pop-up operating model Source and test high-margin products Negotiate placements with malls, venues & event organisers Recruit & manage sales staff Design training, scripts & sales systems Control stock, pricing and margins Drive aggressive sales growth Scale the operation across Dubai

Essential Experience (Mandatory)

You MUST have:

Minimum 3-5 years experience operating pop-up kiosks or carts in Dubai Proven experience in: Mall kiosks Pop-up retail Event retail Festival or tourist retail Direct experience managing: Staff Stock Daily sales Locations
Applicants without direct kiosk / pop-up retail experience will not be considered.
